Tony Bishop

Tony Bishop has been walking extensively in this area for the past seven years and lives in a mountain village near Ronda in the Sierra de Grazalema Natural Park. In the early 1960s he began hill and mountain walking in Nothern England and North Wales, marking the start of a passion for hiking in wild places. He has also written a booklet of walks for the Dentelles de Montmirail in Provence, thankfully now out of print because he stopped going there once he began hiking in Andalucía. He is a member of the Andalucía Bird Society and SEO/BirdLife International. (SEO: Sociedad Española de Ornitología).
